neighbourhood Development plan
The Neighbourhood Plan has been through a Referendum and approved by Roecliffe & Westwick residents by 78 votes to 7 against.
The Parish Council would like to thank all those who have served on the Steering Committee over the years for persevering to achieve this result. Also, much appreciation and thanks to our Consultant and Harrogate Borough Council for all their help and advice.
